Bem localizado, apenas 15min de carro do centro, bairro tranquilo, estacionamento fácil, apartamento muito bonito e muitíssimo bem zconservado

3 andares de escada e o ar condicionado atende poucos ambientes. Os quartos de cima são muito quentes no verão. Poucos utensílios de cozinha.
