Television didn't work.

Difficult to find

The stay was amazing. Since they had no guests, they let us check in before check-in time. Since they had no guests on the last day and our flight was quite late, they let us stay past check-out time. The apartment was very well equipped, had a small refrigerator, a microwave, towels, and even coffee capsules for the coffee maker and gel in the bathroom (I suspect this must have been from the last guests, but they let us use it). The accommodation is very well located. It wasn't right in the city center, but we could reach the more distant tourist attractions in a 20-30 minute walk, so it was very convenient. The overall stay was incredible. I would definitely recommend it.

If I had to say something negative (or rather less positive than the other because I don't consider it to be very bad) it is that the entrance had some very steep stairs to go down (the apartment was on the ground floor) but they were still easy to go up and down, I also suppose that because of the material of the walls it smelled a little damp but it wasn't unpleasant.

Exceptional location very central, close to everything

TV not working, we mentioned it but nothing changed. The hobs would not heat enough in order to cook something in the stove. The temperature in the fridge was slightly lower than room temperature, barely working.

A very nice small apartment at the heart of Alfama. Everything was as described and even better. With very nice view!

People with mobility issues may face some difficulties in reaching the entrace of the apartment, due to the stairs that are everywhere in Alfama.

Loved the Alfama district. The apt is right in the heart of that area.

Directions to the apt from a landmark like the Fado Museum or the Alfama Grill would have been extremely helpful.

Really great location in Alfama. Easy access to Lisbon centre. The accommodation is perfect and very comfortable for 2 people.

Modern apartment, well equipped and in a central location

The neighbouring areas are quite dirty. During the day/evening there was a loud noise of a fan coming from the building in front

Loved the location and the view from the rooom (we stayed at Tagus 5). Checking in was great, they always answered the phone immediately whenever we called. Lots of sun light everyday. We asked if we can checkout late and they let us stayed until 6 in the afternoon 🥹 appreciated it.

Finding the apartment was a bit hard, but eventually found it. There’s two ways to get to room 5, one includes climbing super narrow steps and one doesn’t, you just have to figure it out hihi Sometimes there’s smell coming out from the bathroom so we just leave the windows open.
