Beautiful house near the city center. Large parking close by, easy accessible. We were lucky to see the fireworks for a local festival from our balcony. Very friendly and welcoming host. Good location to explore the island, go on whale watching tour, .... and stay in the pleasant town with many restaurants.

The beds were comfortable and the views are stellar.

Location and the view.

location is excellent. It is an easy walk to the old center and right next to Monte Brasil. The property was very clean and nicely renovated.

It is pretty noisy. We needed to open windows since there is no air conditioning but the large old shutters and windows bang in the night. It would be easy to fix this with either ties or wedges you can place under the windows. The old world plumbing in the bathroom probably does not have traps. The bathroom was quite smelly.

Lovely location overlooking Angra bay and Monte Brasil. 5 minute walk to centre of Angra - close to supermarket and restaurants. Ideal location for exploring Terceira. Property is well appointed and comfortable.

Unfortunately and perhaps was just bad luck but there were cockroaches in the apartment. Also if you leave windows open for fresh air you will get a lot of flies in the apartment.

Check-in is pretty straightforward, the host sends you a code to get the keys. The host is very nice and quick to reply. She prepared plenty of information about the island, including activities, places to eat, etc. for you to check right when you arrive. The house is absolutely delightful. It is a pretty big place, and could comfortably sleep 4-6 people. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find toiletries in the bathroom. It is all beautifully decorated and clean. The location is pretty solid, a 5-10 minute walk will get you to all the major spots. The house is right by Monte Brasil, so the views are wonderful, and you get the sea breeze. It is a quiet street, and the neighbors are lovely. There is a huge parking lot right by the house, so you will have no trouble finding a place to leave your car.

You can find cheaper places in Angra do Heroísmo, so if your main thing is price this is probably not the place. The house is not right in the town center, so if that is a must for you, perhaps find another place. We had no issues, there is nothing we did not like.
