Great value for money for this small, private, detached, self-contained and discreet property in a quiet residential neighbourhood, a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute Uber ride from Porto’s tourist attractions for 10 euros. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and the train station is a 20-minute walk away. All amenities are within walking distance, ranging from 1 to 20 minutes. The grounds are lush, clean and well-organised, with a shared swimming pool and barbecue for the four apartments and the house, all situated around the very large, crystal-clear pool. Each apartment has its own table, chairs and parasol. The sun loungers are shared across the entire residence. The best thing is that the entire property is NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING!! avoiding annoying smoke, cigarette butts and ash. Our apartment was modern, bright, well-designed, very comfortable, airy and well-equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped. It’s even better than in the photos. Clear information on the basic rules of respectful community living is provided, reinforcing the sense of security and freedom, which is further enhanced by CCTV cameras covering all outdoor areas. We’ll be happy to return and recommend this residence to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and healthy holiday, enjoyed in complete simplicity and safety.

1° quartier residentiel calme trés proche de belles plageset de toutes les commodités à proximité (1 à 20 mm à pied) 2° petite coproprieté privée,familiale,autonomie (avec des règles claires et précises),zen et sécurisée avec une très belle grande piscine,un espace de détente et une zone barbecue 3° notre appartement très bien agencé ,très propre, confortable,lumineux,cuisine bien équipée et doté d'une salle de bain spacieuse,moderneavec une grande douche agréable. la climatisation est efficaceet silencieuse. 4°le personnel est disponible et très réactif sur demande par sms

I will come back there fo sure!!!! The property is a discreet and intimate cocoon. It has a Zen atmosphere. A pleasant, relaxing stay in a small, cosy flat. It's a paradise created for non-smokers: no cigarette butts on the ground, no annoying cigarette smoke in the vicinity. A healthy, clean environment both outside and inside the flat. Air Conditionner was wonderfull with the 35 degrees outside during our stay.

Nous avons passé 4 jours exceptionnels dans cette petite propriété familiale. L'appartement est propre, cooconing et à la chaleur douce nous a réservé des soirées conviviales. La cuisine est complète, la climatisation est silencieuse et l'agencement de la pièce de vie permet d'être tous ensemble avec chacun son espace Les lits confortables sont propices au repos réparateur Nous recommandons vivement ce logement

La ubicación bien

Llegamos de noche(21.30),hacia muchísimo frío,el apartamento estaba helado y sin agua caliente ya q tuvimos q encender nosotros el calentador,. Al poner el calentador más el aire se nos fue la luz (00.00) y nos la arreglaron a las 15.00 del día siguiente,cn lo q con lleva estar todos sin duchar,sin poder desayunar,sin cargar móviles...cn dos niños y dos personas mayores. Y después de esto llegando a la noche cn la cena y nos encontramos q tenemos 3 tenedores para 6. Lo siento pero no volvería.

Everything was perfect during our stay. We will be back and will recommend it as it was recommend to us. The flat is modern, bright, very clean, well laid out and comfortable to live in. The air conditioning is quiet and efficient, although not very usefulat this time of the year as the climate is pleasant. The shower room is large, bright and airy and the XL shower ist great. The very comfortable beds ensure a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The pool area is relaxing and the crystal-clear pool is very clean. We have complete autonomy in this comforting prpoerty with clear and precise rules and information for harmonious cohabitation. The location is exceptional in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood: opposite the property is a laundrette, pharmacy and cash machine, a 10-minutes walk from a beautiful beach, 12 minutes by Uber from the tourist center of Porto and all amenties within a 15-minutes walk: backery, supermarket, butcher, restaurants and more. The BEST!
