Bright Studio in the heart of Lapa - 5min walk to Metro!

Great Stay in Porto – Excellent Location & Amazing Staff (Especially Joanna!) Our stay in this apartment in Porto was very enjoyable. The room was standard – clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was practical and just right for us. The location was also a big plus – very close to the metro station, which made getting around the city easy and convenient. What really stood out, though, was the incredible staff. During a nationwide electricity issue in Portugal, they went above and beyond to take care of us. They kept us informed, made sure we were comfortable, and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. A special shout-out to Joanna, one of the staff members, who was truly exceptional. She was calm, helpful, and genuinely kind – her support made a real difference during our stay. Even though the room was simple, the service – especially from Joanna – turned our experience into something memorable. Highly recommended, and we’d gladly stay here again!

This apartment had everything . Nice kitchen, comfy bed, great living area and bathroom. It was very clean and a very good location.

Perhaps a large bowl in the kitchen would be useful for salads .

Very comfortable spot with everything you need. The level of detail and care put into this unit exceeds all expectations. Good location, comfortable bed, quiet building, fast wifi, stocked kitchen, helpful neighborhood tips, etc etc etc.

The location of the apartment is great! You can walk to city center. It’s very modern and you have all facilities that you need for the stay. Every recommendation!

A perfect location for my purposes. The university was a 30 minute leisurely walk. Very convenient to everything. I'll definitely stay at the place again when I travel to Porto for work.

The lockbox was a slight problem. It was hard to open and then hard to close.

The flat is flawless, I spent there 7 nights and it was a perfect stay. The flat is in a nice area, clean and well maintained, with all elements you’d need for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

The apartament is very well located : it takes about 20 min to get the city center on foot, Only a few minutes to metro station bus stop a few steps from the building The apartament seems to be perfect for a couple It was clean and equipped with the most important household appliances Very good contact with the host On the opposite city is situated wonderful pastry shop Nandinha, where are served delicious sweets and coffe.you can also eat a lunch overthere

Poor Wi-Fi connection, often lost while staying in the kitchen

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The host communicated with us and provided us all the neccesary information for our stay. We came quite late, after midnight and found the keys in secured box. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without the elevator, but we did not mind. The bed was comfortable, in the kitchen there is quite a lot of equipment, we were able to prepare our own meal. We also washed our clothes in the washing machine. There is supermarket 4 minutes by walk and also there is bakery and groceries stores right down on the street. It is close to the city center, within 20 minutes we reach it by walk. In our next trip we would consider to come back to this place. :)

The only thing that we did not like so much was a noise from the street that we could hear even when the windows were closed. But it was not that bad, we fell asleep quite fast after all day of exploring Porto.

The check in was a little bit confuse. We informed the time of arrival, but we were with a bus, so I had a delay of 30 minutes. The lady responsible for the check in couldn't wait and was not that polite. She gave us the information to get the keys, but then I had to find a place with wifi to contact her. That is not the kind of check in you wait. A delay of 30 minutes can happen, mostly if you are traveling to another continent, and using the bus to reach the city. So the communication could be better. Another problem was with the light, the electricity was unstable for a day, but I understand it can happen.
