Apartamento Praia Rocha T1

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to beach and shops, which made it easy to explore the area. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen appliances to comfortable furniture. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Everything you need is there, including a hair dryer and all kitchen equipment. The host was very nice and responsive.

Wonderful apartment with magnificent sea views from the balcony,if you didn't do anything else on this vacation but just sit at the balcony- this alone totally worth it. Very friendly hosts,surprisingly enough, as we found most Portuguese not very friendly Location is great- half way between the stunning beaches that go for miles, and half way between lidl, aldi and continente ( huge shopping centre)

They decided to do painting and repair works at this time in the building ( no logic in this, could administration of the building do this earlier,like winter or early spring ?) Not too bad, but 1. They start at 8 am and if you are not an early riser - not very pleasant,as you can hear everything outside. 2.the swimming pool was dirty with the stuff mainly from painting ,I presume bits and pieces everywhere. Was seriously concerned for my daughters safety as she is an avid swimmer and loved to dive in - she was finding plastic ,paper ,and other rubbish while swimming diving in .

The property has location very close to beaches with amazing views. There are groceries within 15min walk. Balcony has great view.

It is older block of flats which is not a problem. Consider if you want block of flats or anything else.
