Vila da Praia - Apartamento Viva Local

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Vila da Praia. We were met by Rita who opened the parking gates and escorted us to the room. We were met with a bottle of wine and some snacks on the dining room table which was a nice touch. There is also a “espresso” type coffee machine which made great coffee. Again, they were thoughtful enough to leave capsules for our use until we could top up the supply. The view from the balcony towards the ocean was very pleasant. I made a point of having a coffee on the porch every morning as the sun rises on that side. The balcony was great as it was spacious and had a patio set on it. We had dinner every night we stayed in. We also enjoyed the fact that you had private parking in a locked community setting. The pool was also beautiful but still a little cold for a dip in February. We loved the location as it’s just outside of the main town. This allowed us to get our walk in whenever we went into town for dinner. Another bonus is that the grocery store is just up the street and within easy walking distance as well. There is a boardwalk 10 minutes from the apartment and it seems like it goes for miles. I think we walked all of it and the beach is beautiful. You felt as though they really cared that you enjoyed your stay. Can’t say enough as we have fond memories of our 9 days there.

No complaints what so ever.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. A real home from home. Everything was provided and we wanted for nothing. Rita was amazing and met us after hours due to our late arrival. There was a welcome pack including a bottle of white wine, juice, water and snacks for the children. Coffee also in abundance. The property was a short walk to town and the beach. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to return. I would definitely recommend.

Clean and well equipped, with an excellent location. Close to beach and restaurants.

The bed mattress needs replacing and they need to put a proper reading lampa in the living room.

The apartment was in a great location just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach and town. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could need. The welcome package was also a nice touch
