"Perfect location for exploring Albufeira"

Absolutely everything was perfect from location to the friendly and efficient check-in, nearby restaurants and bars with great food and prices. The complex is stunning with large heated indoor pool and huge outdoor pool in beautiful landscaped gardens

Cleaning and reception The quilts are dirty without quilt cover. The wardrobe smells moldy.

"Not good but not because of the flat as such more it is not suitable for the elderly."

The accommodations were good and the flat was clean and very nice. For us being a bit older it would have been helpful to know you were not allowed to have sun beds or chairs, just put a towel on the grass, so sitting round the pool was not possible. This spoilt the holiday a good bit. The flat is also in a dip with a steep walk out, back up the dip. The nearest beach was down lots of steps also. So for our age group 70/80’s it was not the right place. For the younger folks - you will love it.

Maybe say in your write up that there are no sun beds allowed round the pool, that the dip going up is a little steep for the elderly or infirm. Also add about the beach being down lots of steps. Because when those things are taken away there is little to do in the flat. We just left after 2 days and came home. Mostly because of the fact it was the wrong place for the older generation. I guess if we could have sat around the pool it would not have been so bad. But when we could not get up the hill or sit round the pool we may as well be at home.

We were greeted by a nice lady Monika, who kindly provided the correct link to the complex and showed us to the apartment. The apartment was with covered parking, clean, comfortable with all necessary equipment and a large bed.

The apartment is located next to a busy road so it is not quite quiet. We were not quite prepared for these loud sounds (((

Pool was nice and was close to beach and the strip and corner shop really close, nice balcony

The extra lock on the door didn’t work and small stain on shower curtain nothing crazy overall was good !
