L'appartement est tellement bien situé en plus dans un quartier chic.le ménage était impeccable à l'arrivée.Une diversité de restaurants.proche de plusieurs activités touristiques. Très calme et sécurisé.

C'est dommage qu'il manque autant d'équipements. Je crois qu'ils n'ont pas bien évaluer leur cible. Quand on paye pour ce genre d'emplacement,on s'attend à un minimum de service.Pas de lave linge ( ils m'ont carrément envoyé un lien pour me rendre dans un espace public. Vous vous imaginez ???)ni de lave-vaisselle. Pas de balai ni de local poubelle au sein de l'immeuble. Les clients doivent eux même sortir jeter leur poubelle 2 rues plus loin c abusé. J'ai même dû acheter des crochets pour accrocher mon propre essuies main qui n'était pas fourni dans la douche. Ils m'ont facturé 45€ pour le ménage et en 7 nuits aucun ménage ne m'a été proposé ni même changement de serviettes ni de tapis de douche qui au passage sont sombres et délavés même s'ils paraissent propre ça ne donnait pas envie. J'avais acheté les miennes mais qd même. En plus le fond de la bouilloire était complètement cramé il ne m'est même pas venu à l'esprit de vérifier avant de l'utiliser. Imaginez mon dégoût quand je l'ai constaté. Je l'ai nettoyé mais bon 🤷🏽. Enfin bref pour un long séjour je ne trouve pas l'appartement adapté.

There were stains on pillow cases (They gave the clean ones right away). No more clean towels if you stay less than 7 days. The floor is wet after showering. The door of the fridge couldn’t close properly unless you push hard. They could have done a small work to fix the door to save everyone’s time and avoid future complaints.

It is a good location, close to the city center and well connected with the rest of the city (two metro lines are about 5 min walk or less from the location); shops, cafés and restaurants are around. The place was spacious enough for two of us. The kitchen is well equipped. The staff is ready to assist and very friendly.

Our bedroom was on the street side, and it was quite noisy, even with closed windows. There are some areas that need some improvement: the position of the sink in the kitchen is very uncomfortable, you must bend over while washing dishes, otherwise you risk to bump your head against the cabinet; the tap in the bathroom is wobbly; there is no way to avoid having water on the floor after taking shower and there is no mop in the apartment. And honestly I find 45 euros for cleaning somewhat overpriced, especially because guests are requested to take out rubbish before they leave and there is no cleaning during the stay.
