The house was clean but not deep clean, the sink was clogged from hair, and the pillows cases were yellow and discolored

The location is amazing. The water pressure is good and instantaneous water heater does well. Also it was very nice to have an air conditioner.

The shower is tiny and moldy. The linens are really old, with bleach spots and little holes. Also, the sockets are somewhat close to the bed but not close enough: I had to move the side table half way down towards the foot of the bed for the lamp (or phone charger) to reach the socket.

Muy bien situado. Decoracion acogedora. Agua abundante y caliente. Sofa cama en buen estado. Tranquilo. No se oye casi el ruido exterior. Almacenamiento justo pero suficiente. Buen wifi.

Falta de respuesta de los arrendatarios a las peticiones. Demasiada luz por las ventanas al amanecer. Muy caluroso aunque dispone de aire acondicionado que no utilice. Escaso mantenimiento: el frigorifico estaba con tanto hielo que no se podia cerrar y tuve que limpiarlo. El botiquin tenia los desinfectantes y apositos caducados. Poca luz en la cocina. Y el baño.
