Clean, spacious, secure apartment in the urban part of Praia di Rocha with free parking. Excellent value for money. About 300 metres uphill walk to the sea. A great restaurant (The Mistral) just across the road. We would stay here again.

We especially enjoyed the sunny balcony on the top floor. And the full kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. Intermarché grocery is really close.

It’s time to pay a little more attention to some maintenance items, ie. hot water heater

Looking down on those poor animals which seems to stay standing in the same place day after day.

Location was great. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store was close by.

Wine glasses would have been nice to have and are a must when staying Portugal!!! The blanket in the spare room needs to be thrown out - it appears to have been chewed around the edges. The lounges by the pool have seen better days but were functional and a few more pictures to cozy the place up a bit would definitely help with appeal.

This is the second time we have stayed at the apartment which is fantastically equipped and everything you could wish for. The apartment is spacious. The location is excellent and we would certainly stay again.

One minor quibble is the blinds at the window which require attention.
