Marina Bay Residence

The apartment was perfect, decorated to a high standard and so so comfortable. The location was great, the Old Town was a 20 minute walk along a very scenic view Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping a coffee overlooking the marina was fabulous.

My only worry was no bath mat in the bath as I slipped a couple of times getting out.

Our host Andre is very nice. We arrived on a heavy rainy day and he was there waiting with warm heart. We have got a lot of information from him and it is quite convenient to communicate via Whatsapp. The location is great, away from the town but reachable by foot. We had a car with us the whole trip, it was quite an ideal location among all the attractions and towns we visited.

Well, we have to say that the facilities of the apartment are quite old and worn out. We got into some surprises during the stay, but our host tried his best to either fix them or apologize with the best local sweets. We believe that with some renovation and little improvements in details (toilet paper, towels into next quality level which will most likely not cost much - indeed, for anyone else who wants to book this property, you can upgrade your stay by simply tiny details by yourselves as well), the property can be just excellent competing against any stared hotels or resorts.

We loved being out at the Marina, as it meant we got a good walk in every day. It's about 15 minutes to the Intermarche supermarket and 30 minutes to the Square in the old Town. The Apartment - Block 5, 3B is really spacious, and appears exactly as in the photographs. It was well equipped and very clean. We also enjoyed being in Albufeira out of season in December, as it was really quiet. There are some Restaurants & Bars at the Marina. We ate at a few for lunch and the food was good and really great value.

We didn't have the exact address (Block & Apt number) until we advised of our arrival. Perhaps that could be included in the Booking message. The accessibility of the Marina for anyone who might struggle with stairs or perhaps with a baby buggy was very poor indeed. The stairs were pretty steep, about 3 flights.

Great apartment, very roomy and well laid out. It has everything you need. Very clean and tidy!!! Location was superb, 20min walk In to albufeira town is a lovely walk. Will definitely be looking to come back to this apartment in the future.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Good kitchen and comfortable sofa and bed. Great views overlooking the marina. Located along the small strip with restaurants that serve amazing food and a supermarket and amusement arcades as well. Nice swimming pool as well.

A truly beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you could possibly need . It was very spacious, absolutely spotless & it was decorated so perfection .

Minor criticism was furniture on balcony could be more comfortable

A beautiful very spacious apartment that was spotless and had great storage space also. Great size fridge freezer also. Lots of the cleaning basics for dishwasher and washing machine were there and also pool towels along with regular towels so less to pack which was great The view was beautiful from the balcony. Also the bedroom. Has a another little balcony which shows all behind the building as well as some of the Marina at the other side. Always something to sit and watch with all the boat tours comeing and going. Was very relaxing and you could never hear noise from the bars and restaurants that were down underneath of the building going all the way up the Marina. It was a lovely walk of 15 mins to the old Town which was a lot busier so we had the best of both worlds and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Could do with some more pool beds. Even though some days we could have the pool to ourselves other days may not be the case but that was rare and people didnt stay there all day or race out to get them which was great
