Really in city centre of Lisbon and a beautiful apartment. What a view and many nice details

A real hassle to find

The basics:  Responsiveness- Liliana and Sofia are very responsive and helpful, even on a same day reservation which is not common. This will not apply to everyone but we had a last minute cancellation while we were about to board our plane to Lisbon. It was past midnight in Portugal, still, they confirmed before our plane took off. In other words: serious responsiveness!  Accurate Description- the apartment we reserved was exactly as shown on the pictures and as described.  There are different apartments in the building but what we got was the same thing we thought we would. Arriving - We had no issues entering the apartment using the passcodes provided. You can arrive both by metro or taxi (~€15-€25). Taxis drop you off at the plaza 1 block away. Metro is only 3-5 blocks away. The passcodes are very handy.  Not having to carry and share a key was convenient. Cleanliness - perfectly clean!! Provisions - the apartment was well stocked with toilet paper for a week, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, etc.  There were plenty of towels. We didn't cook, but there was everything you could need.  Location - perfect access by foot, bus or metro to every destination. Beds are very comfortable! There is an AC in every room, but cross ventilation kept the apartment cool. That one darn mosquitoe though...   THE VIEWS!! Of the city are Gorgeous!

Nothing... There is even an elevator if you need to avoid the stairs.

1. Location is good, very central. 2. Sofia is friendly and helpful. They let us check-out 1 hour later (12pm), but we checked-in 1 hour late (4pm). 3. Apartment is quite well equiped, good heating, dining ware, glasses.

1. Broken lights everywhere, 4-5 bulbs were blinking. I reported, but technician only available after we check-out. Okay during the day, but really dark at night. Living room literally in darkness. No point having the extra space when we can't use it due to darkness. Kitchen and bedroom lights also blinking, so can't turn them on. 2. Bathroom screen is broken. Came off the railing/slider. Danger of falling onto people. We reported, but also not fixable immediately. 3. Lift lobby and apartment door area had no lights. Pitch black in the evening. And the stairwell is just there in the small/tight lobby space. Very dangerous. They came to fix it. 4. Not so clean, not everywhere. Bathroom has black unclean corners/sides. Small cockroach in the kitchen.

The location was very central (although located two doors down from a sex shop!) and the views from the dormer windows were lovely. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and it’s a 5 min walk to the main square with access to bus/taxi/tram etc. Good wifi, quite spacious.

There wasn’t much storage space available for a family of 4. Also little things like only one bedside table in the second bedroom, non functioning socket close to the bed etc that made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. Need to be careful with sloping roof on mezzanine level as we banged our heads a few times getting up in the night. When we arrived it had been raining and they hadn’t closed the windows so the mezzanine level was wet, including all the bed clothes. We reported it but they weren’t able to come and change them until the next day so we started off the holiday having to change sheets. The light bulbs in the living room and second bedroom were flickering very badly and despite reporting this on our first night they weren’t fixed/replaced during the length of our stay (5 nights). Slight smell of sewage in the bathroom which was quite off putting.

I can't say enough about this apartment!!! The location? An easy 10, it's literally in the center of the busiest streets of lisbon!!! The apartment is stocked with everything you need and the hosts are soooo friendly and helpful!!! Thank you, our stay was nothing short of PERFECT!

We found it to be awesome! Nice space and furniture, great air conditioning, near to really great places in Lisbon. Highly recommended. Furthermore, nice and kind host.
