Location was to far out from the marina Late check fee 30 euros for arriving at 9:20 pm have a key box The cleaness of the apartment could be better in areas like kitchen and bathrooms and floors and Patio 3 out of the 6 sun beds were broken Only 1 blanket we were all cold at night

The rules about no noise after 10pm. Location is good.

The pool needs a handrail and maybe details in the apartment about the water levels in the pool. Details about the safe that we eventually found. There was no duvet on the double bed.

We loved the apartment. Very spacious. The air conditioning was amazing. Loved the pool.

There was a problem with the balcony area.It kept gettin wet with water. We were constantly mopping.

Met by one of the agents at the property who showed us around the apartment and explained what the keys were for, how to access the pool area and what the password was for the Wifi. We had hired a care and there was a huge amount of parking space available. Bins were located just at the end of the apartment block. Lovely pool area, surrounded by hedges and well maintained garden which was the perimeter of each of the adjacent 3-4 apartment complexes. Loads of space between them and not too badly overlooked because of the distance between them all. The apartment block appears to be a mix of privately owned/lived in properties so the area was relatively quiet all the time. Have read in a previous review that the balcony had no sun - this is not the case. The balcony has about 50% of the length of it in the sun from first thing in the morning until the sun sets and we spent may pleasant times eating and sunbathing on the balcony. There was a large table to eat at as well as some seats to lounge in and take in the sun. One of the shutters stuck and the maintenance guy was round and fixed it the day we reported it. There was a problem with the WiFi which was due to the broadband supplier - again the maintenance guy was sent out and spent an hour on the phone with them sorting it out. Superb service from them and from the guy they sent out twice! Very impressed with the customer service and responsiveness.

Just be aware that there is no oven in the apartment which can be a negative if you were hoping to cook a few meals?? If I was being a bit critical, the exterior of the apartment block itself is a little dated and could do with a power-hose and repaint however the grounds and the interior of the apartment building was were immaculate. The apartment itself was a little dated and worn in places, but not in any way enough to spoil the stay. The apartment block appears to be a mix of privately owned/lived in properties, about 12 in total? There were only about 8 sun loungers available at the pool, which were never all in use, however they were in a poor state of repair.

Quiet location, within easy walking distance of everything that Vilamoura had to offer. The apartment was very comfortable, lots of room for the 3 of us with a huge balcony to sit out in. I will point out that the apartment faced north and kept direct sunlight off the windows which might not mean too much though when you are faced with 30° c heat most days it was definitely a bonus. The pool was shared with 12 apartments and most were owned and lived in but you would have thought that we were the only ones there, having the pool to ourselves. Vilamoura marina is where all the action is for food drink and music and all the sea going adventures that you could want. If you like the beach life then you can find miles of sandy beaches to do what you want with.

While the kitchen equipment was plentiful it was a wee challenge cooking without an oven, not a problem for most though I admit that we did eat in more often than not.

location was great and Appartment was clean and tidy. we were also able to check in early which really helped us as we had an early morning flight.
