Sta Catarina - Cascais Beach Apartments

Posizione ottima, centrale. La casa è graziosa e luminosa. Servita di condizionatori (indispensabili per l’impossibilità di tenere aperta la finestra).

L’appartamento affaccia sul retro di due ristoranti. Non c’è vista ma soprattutto c’è costantemente odore di cucinato che non permette di tenere le finestre aperte e soprattutto è molto rumoroso, sia dai motori degli due locali sottostanti sia dagli scarichi dell’ appartamento accanto che si sente fortissimo come pure il rumore della doccia, entrambi si sentono nella camera da letto principale che evidentemente non è insonorizzata. In cucina nemmeno un po’ di sale e di olio, e nemmeno un po’ di zucchero.

De locatie is top in het centrum op loop afstand van alle leuke plekjes die er in en om het centrum zijn. Standje waar bar restaurant Emma zit (echt een aanrader) op 5 minuten. De leuke ontbijt locaties, Sacolinha en Paul op 1 en 2 minuten afstand.

De bedden hebben voor wat ons betreft, 75 kg en 80 kg echt een topper op de matras nodig, knal hard. Verder helemaal prima appartement, wat verbetert zou kunnen worden is de luchtbehandeling van de restaurantjes die maakte in de middag wat herrie en bak luchtjes, wel lekker maar toch.

Property was centrally located to main town. Walk to most attractions in Cascais.

L'emplacement, en plein centre rendant tout accessible à pied. La plage les commerces les monuments, tout est a quelques pas.

Les odeurs des cuisines des restaurants situé en bas de l'immeuble, les évacuations se situent derrière au niveau du balcon de l'appartement

Fantastic location. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, beach nearby, Spacious apartment, 2 lovely bedrooms with Juliet balcony windows. Comfy beds. Highly recommend. Manuela communicated very well and we accessed the apartment easily.

La decoración y que estaba muy bien equipado. Espacioso.

No tiene ninguna ventana al exterior, daba a un patio interior con el sistema de ventilación del restaurante lo que daba una sensación un poco agobiante y eso no se muestra en las fotos.

The great location, the nice bed rooms, the host is nice and responding fast.

The shower that wet all the floor because the drain did not function well, the lack of mainaining the apartment, some aquipment were broken, ants and mold flys.
