Rossio Castle View

We’re glad that we could book this apartment during our visit to Lisbon. the location is really great, really easy to find, very close to the Center, Rossini, supermarkets.. Rafaela was really friendly, nice and communicative. she was there right when we arrived, was flexible with the time, helped us with the luggage storage for our flight was late in the evening when leaving. The apartment is really clean, well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Bed is comfortable and the space was great for two persons. kitchen with the basics and the fridge was clean 🌟 The view was amazing either from the mini balcony or the Bathroom / bedroom. taking a shower was really a blast 😁😁

it’s not like we didn’t like just couple points to mention: the staircase was really a bit narrow. it won’t be an issue with hand luggage or carry ons but if you have a big suitcase it could be a bit challenging to bring it up. the key of the apartment wasn’t easy to turn, you need to push it up a bit and it’ll be ok 👌🏼

Met by staff on time at the apartment. Nice to have separate bedroom and lounge. In a good location for train and metro as well as supermarket and restaurants.

Unfortunately the TV did not work the whole 3 days I was there - apparently a problem in that street.

The street is a bit fishy, apart from that, little things could make life waaay easier: fix the shower stand so it doesn’t fall everytime, the door lock is crazy and requires many trials to open it

Absolutely delightful location!!! Spacious suite of rooms with excellent views.

Very central location. Great view of the castle and a wonderful view of the river and the city from the bedroom. Apartment has thick wooden walls and therefore gives a nice feel of being from the 19th century. Having said that the building itself is not ancient but looks a bit old. Although we love such homes which give a feel of old structures.

Small Kitchen but was enough for us to heat food and store something in the fridge. Not ideal for someone with a big suitcase as the staircase is small and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Not a problem for young people like us with small baggage :)

Great location. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The room has a small kitchenette and a living area.

The shower is broken and the bathroom get flooded every time...so annoying! Also the apartment is on the 4th floor (as indicated in the address), without elevator. The stairs are narrow and not well maintained.

clean, had evertything we needed (small kitchen, heater that we used in the bedroom cuz it was definitely cold winter time, towels). great location, very kind and helpful staff.

nothing not to like

1. The apartment has almost everything you need. 2. It is quite clean and organized. 3. The location is quite central.

1. The stairs are horrendous. The apartment is on the top floor and the stairs are wooden, very high and unequal in height. 2. The apartment key needs to be wiggled till it latches properly and opens/locks the door. They should invest some money and replace it. 3. It is bizarre that they don't offer shampoo or shower gel! Just soap! 4. The location can be a bit sketchy at times (I didn't feel 100% safe in the neighborhood).
