The location is great, the flat is well-organized, clean, and meets all the needs. It’s also a quiet place, and the air conditioning is a plus.

The door lock was having issues and it was difficult to open the door. I think a few things that could maybe be improved are the shower holder, so it can stay fixed, and also a large mirror in the room.

Central location

No-one to meet us on arrival even though they knew what time we were arriving. Luckily, a man rang their office they then sent a cleaner to let us in. We were able to leave our luggage while he cleaned. When we arrived back the apartment was not cleaned properly there was an item of clothing on the fan, kitchen dirty. The toilet was dirty. The shower water hardly comes out the body wash they leave is watered down or very cheap. Reported that one of the hobs was not working was told it would be repaired never was. The city tax you have to pay don't worry they hassle you for it. Even when it's paid they WhatsApp in the evening asking for it again. No communication between the office staff.

Good aircon, quiet, hosts fast to respond to questions, easy to check in and out. Clean sheets and towels, pack of sponges, cloths and soaps (even dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher?)

Not very clean, especially the bathroom. Long black hairs on the floor, shower glass not clean, and tile grout discoloured. Hosted texted on Whatsapp at midnight.

Location was great, the apartment was clean and full equipped

The location was incredible! also having a supermarket just under the building was a big plus! the studio also was very good! Great Air con, kitchenette, bathroom and bed! The shower could be a little better. but thats about it! Loved it!
