"Crap"

Dead flies in the apartment. Waited 4 hours to get in. We are both 78. Filipe don’t answer the phone. Other one won’t speak English. Kettle still dangerous since last year. Waited four days for fans and beach towels. They said they didn’t know when we were to land and how long we were there for.(pack of lies) Never ever again. Still considering legal action HB
