Acqua Vista Family Apartment - 200M from BEACH

Very well equipped apartment had everything you would need.

Very hard beds. Bedroom doors caught on the floors.

Nice flat really close to Nossa Senhora da Rocha and other beautiful beaches with everything you need to spend some time in the heart of Algarve. The kitchen is super well equipped, we cooked almost everyday, there's always space in front of the door to park the car (for free), the swimming pool is big and just around the corner. The bathrooms are modern and the bed was comfy! Nice outside space with a very enjoyable view on Armação. Air conditioning is a big plus as well!

The windows are really thin, you can hear everything from the outside, it felt like the neighbors were with us in bed sometimes. We found some hair on the floor and in the bathroom, nothing too bad but it should not happen. Outside furniture could be a bit better as well.

Despite the small shortcomings, we have not been disappointed with the apartment. Pros: - view from the windows - beaches nearby - access to the pool - very comfortable couch in the living room - giant dishwasher - spacious washing machine - no stink of the fridge - plenty of dishes

In general, the apartment is not bad. But there are some shabby and sloppy points: 1) cracked stove 2) cracked tiles on the wall in the kitchen 3) the oven looked kind of worn-out 4) stained laundry 5) dirty curtains The front door did not look credible in case someone wanted to break in. Cons: - the kitchen had as many as FOUR coffee makers and NO kettle at all - there was mold in the shower - outlets hang out of the wall in both bedrooms - the TV is too small and has no screen-sharing option, but with HDMI-cable

Localización del apto y muy amplio

Tiene una buena piscina y es una zona muy tranquila

El día de la llegada, a pesar de haber quedado con el anfitrión a las 17.00, tuvimos que esperarle hasta las 19.00 a que trajera las llaves. El sofa cama no era muy cómodo. Hemos estado una semana y la lavadora estaba estropeada.La arreglaron el último día.
