El orden del apartamento y la decoración y el servicio del elevador.

Faltaba potencia a los climas de los dormitorios por el intenso calor que le da al edificio.

The listing was accurate, and the information provided, and communication was very accurate and prompt. The support team was very eager to please and help. The unit was tastefully decorated but sparse. We would encourage others to use this unit if needed for two couples with a little caution about the single bath and limited sharing surface space.

When 4 people are using the unit for multiple days, there are a few items that seemed lacking. More dish towels, paper towels, wash cloths for the shower, large dining table, better instructions for suing all the TVs. The unit may begin to show its age as time passes. The cleaning service seems very attentive and thorough but things do happen in time. The mattresses were suitable but only functional. We left suggestions and comments in the Travelers book.

The apartment is located right in the center of Porto, very close to the local Bolhão market. It has a decent terrace, two separate rooms with air conditioning, and one bathroom. One of the rooms has no windows, while the other has a floor-standing air conditioner (quite noisy, as is typical for this type of unit). The underground parking is a big advantage, although getting out of it is rather inconvenient. Overall, it’s a good apartment for the price.

Nahe der Markthalle und Einkaufsstraße. Alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Schlafzimmer und großer Wohnraum. Einkaufsmarkt mit frischen Brötchen im EG.

Ab und zu etwas laut, man wohnt eben mitten in der Stadt.

+ Tracte ràpid i fàcil amb el llogater. + Fàcil check-in i amabilitat en fer-lo abans de l'hora per disponibilitat. + Ubicació cèntrica i tranquil·la. + Neteja + Detalls arribada (cafè, sabó, etc.). + Supermercat abaix. + Metro a pocs metres. + Carrers comercials a prop. + Possibilitat aparcament. + Tres ascensors a l'edifici.

- Una finestra de l'habitació no es pot obrir. - No tenir més dies per quedar-me!!

Muy buena comunicación con las personas responsables, pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje antes del check in y nos pudieron dar las llaves en la mano. Fueron muy amables. La limpieza impecable y las atenciones básicas de cafe, aceite, sal, etc... en la cocina cubiertas y las de productos de higiene en el aseo también. Es muy céntrico y pudimos andar a todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad. Justo al lado hay un supermercado de amplio horario para las compras básicas.

Por la noche la calle era ruidosa y no permitia un buen descanso pero es el precio a pagar si quieres estar en un sitio centrico.

Apartamento correcto para pasar dos días, bien situado y con parking

El aire acondicionado sonaba muchisimo y no enfriaba suficiente

Centrale ligging, in het centrum, parkeergarage, supermarkt onder in het complex. Prima dakterras met zithoek en ligbedjes, van alle gemakken voorzien! Mooi appartement!
