Villa Invicta

It was a beautiful apartment and everything was super easy! Recommend it!!

There weren’t any dishtowels but thats really the only think which wasn’t perfect.

location is great

1. facilities provided for cooking are inadequate - we couldn’t use the pot and the pan is not even/flat 2. water overflow from the shower into the bathroom area every time we take a shower

Villa invicta is situated perfectly to access everything in Porto. It is fairly quiet and located near restaurants, cafes and the lively areas of the city. The apartment is bright, comfortable and modern, and we loved the terrace! The amenities, such as access to the laundry room and modern appliance are a bonus. The owner took care of us, was very responsive and provided recommendations to restaurants and shops. We will certainly recommend to friends and family!

The bathroom is a bit small, but the bright lighting and modern hair appliances made up for that.

Great sized apartment with lovely deck. Very windy while we were there so didn’t use it much. Kitchen is spacious and well fitted out. The laundry downstairs was useful because we stayed for a week. Good sized kitchen table and chairs (one chair broken, though). Really clean. Spacious bathroom with plenty of good quality towels. Quiet area. Very comfortable and spacious bed. The apartment has been well-designed to make use of the area available. Good written information was provided about using appliances, where to eat, garbage disposal etc. We appreciated the Porto walking guide and maps. Having a door code is better and more convenient than sharing a key.

The lounge (sofa bed) is uncomfortable to sit on because the seat cushions slide off all of the time. We would have liked a broom/dustpan to sweep the floor in the kitchen during our stay. The apartment looks onto neighbouring abandoned buildings. The people upstairs were heavy footed and the vibration could be heard and felt in our apartment. The shower sprays out onto the floor so the bathmat is saturated every time someone has a shower. Limited hanging space for towels in bathroom.

Lovely apt in Porto, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Fully equipped with all you need. There was nothing I could complain about and I hope to stay there again soon!

Everything was just great. All that you might need for your stay in Porto is there. Nice, clean, new, comfortable 👌 we had even coffee ready for the coffee machine, I really appreciate that.

Stylish, premium quality apartment in the city center. A walking distance away from the main shopping streets and plenty of restaurants. The apartment has everything you may need on your trip to Porto. Own terrace with an option for BBQ. Extremely quiet, great bed, we had really good sleep.

Laundry machine in the public laundry room, where you are supposed to schedule your slot. The code lock was broken, needed to use the mechanical key, lock was under the cover you needed to remove to access the lock. The view to the yard was not the most beautiful, but did not bother us.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic balcony and facilities. Host was super helpful and informative. Highly recommended.
