Tired, needs updating. Bed was really hard, kitchen needs updating, no hot water for washing up, so had to boil the kettle. Kitchen knives weren’t sharp and no bread knife. No microwaveable bowls, so couldn’t use it.

The location isn't great if you don't have a car. The bed wasn't very comfortable. There's no microwave in the particular room we rented, although all other rooms have a kitchen and kitchen facilities. So it would be great to have that too. More cutlery and wine glasses would be great too.
DEI think the short video and the additional information are a great solution, as they really create a sense of security. Easy access to the reserved room. Despite the lack of a reception desk, there was quick access to the manager via WhatsApp. In my case, the shower cabin was slightly damaged. I sent a message before going out, and by the time I returned, everything had been fixed.
The bathroom, although clean, had visible mold on the silicone, so I wouldn’t recommend going barefoot. The towels, despite being changed every three days and the room being cleaned, didn’t feel any different from the ones I found upon arrival. Both the towels and the bed linen were grayish and worn out. Considering the hygiene standards I’m used to, having to throw toilet paper into a bin and having it emptied only every three days made me realize that this is simply not my world. One last remark: although this place is called a hotel, guests have to take out their own trash. Other than that, it was okay.
