OportoView Prestige Apartment

Close to the city center (short drive), stores within the vicinity, very clean and well equipped, nice bedding and towels.

The location was good for me, getting to town was easy via bus or metro. Facilities like washing machine, oven, fridge freezer. Very clean.

There should definitely be a towel rack put somewhere in the bathroom, like others have said, and the air conditioning was quite noisy when on. Some trays for the oven would be good too.

The location is good, close to a Food market and a shopping mall. Nuno and Jorge were super nice and responded all my questions.

A couple of things could be improved/fixed. The sofa bed is horrible for adults. Young kids or teenagers would not mind, but for adults it’s not suitable. The windows are not sufficient to sealed the cold or prevent noise coming from the street. There were times that we heard everything from the street and it’s a busy one. The shower is really tiny, but I believe there’s no fix for that. There were no places to hang the towels and other guests said the same thing. We ran out of toilet paper and cleaning towels, but after sending a message to Jorge he brought in person additional rolls of toilet paper and 1 rug.

Kindness of the Mr. Jorge amazed us. The apartment is very well equipped and very practical. In addition to a phenomenal place to stay, Mr. Jorge gave us guidelines on what to visit and recommendations for restaurants. He also gave us a map of the city to help us find our way around. Really wonderful hospitality. We are definitely coming again.

The host was very pleasant and helpful, meeting us at the property and giving a comprehensive overview of the sights, attractions and restaurants. Also provided a welcome coffee, wine and water

Very nice host, very clean appartement, very confortable beds. I could iron my cloths.

Personnally I didn't like the neighbourhood. Not dangerous at all, but not really nice. 10-15 minutes walk to a nice , pedestrian area.
