Ana had great communication before our arrival and was more than willing to share recommendations and help with any questions we had. She checked in daily to make sure things were going well and woke up extra early (before 5am!) to make sure the driver she arranged to get us to the airport was there on time. The place itself is beautifully appointed and looks like the photos. It is located in a convenient area near restaurants, popular areas of interest, the metro and bus. We also had no issues with noise.
