"Great apartment terrible managing, bring your own cleaning supplies."

The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable, and lot of daylight and fine design. Good price compared to other places. It was worth it because I enjoyed the area.

The cleaning is terrible, and when I asked them to clean again it was still dirty. When I entered the apartment the door didn’t lock and it took them 10 hours to send someone to fix it. the company is helping poorly. and when they do it takes a lot of time.

Localização e mercearias à volta.

O apartamento estava cheio de humidade e bolor, algo que é super prejudicável para a saúde. Descobrimos por funcionários da empresa que antes da nossa entrada, ninguém fui verificar se estava tudo ok depois da saída dos inquilinos anteriores. Ouve-se ruídos de todos os lados, zona de venda de droga verificada, até os taxistas chegaram a recusar levar-nos lá. Não seguem os regulamentos de segurança, não tinham manta de fogo para o fogão e o extintor estava fora de prazo. Realço que não estava verificado que era um AL, alojamento local, duvido muito que sequer o turismo de portugal saiba que está a ser alugado para esse propósito. Verifiquei muitas irregularidades temdo em conta a lei explícita portuguesa. Liguei para a empresa feels like home a comentar a situação e a única resposta foi para deixar comentário aqui no booking, grande vergonha em termos de atendimento ao público.
