The apartment was beautifully decorated

The apartment is lovely however the management of the apartment is quiet bad. The apartment is beautifully decorated except for the bathroom which I found to be quite horrible. There are stains and marks in the bathroom especially the bathroom floor which makes it look dirty, I think the bathroom defiantly needs a renovation to match the rest of the apartment. Also there is a massive poster in the living room of a movie, the poster is so ugly and ruins the whole vibe of the apartment. I requested extra towels before our stay because I was reading reviews about how they don’t give enough towels, but they refused to give any extra towels, I felt like they were quiet abrupt about it too. Check in was at 3, we arrived to Porto at 11am so we had to walk around with all our suitcases. They do offer lockers to put your suitcase in but the price is extortion- If you need to store your luggage somewhere I highly recommend using stasher- They are a lockers plotted all around the city for your luggage and they are much more affordable. At 3pm we went to get our keys from a separate office then we went to the apartment only to find the apartment was an absolute STATE- after complaining they informed us it had not been cleaned yet because of a ‘mistake in their end’ even after I told them multiple times we were arriving to Porto at 11am and even requested early check in. It wasn’t cleaned until 6pm so we lost a few hours of our stay at the apartment & there were still a few stains left on the living room wall- they did give us a bottle of wine to apologise but none of in the apartment drank alcohol. I used the opportunity to ask for extra towels, I guess the felt bad so they ended up giving it to us. They only provided us with 4 toilet rolls for a 5 day stay and would not give us any more, we had to take tissue from McDonald’s to use.
