Havia vários "filhotes" de barata na cozinha... dentro da gaveta dos talheres e só aparecia a noite. A dona foi quando indiquei que havia essa infestação, limpou mas nao adiantou porque isso é problema de infestação. Foi muito decepcionante. Todo o resto funcionava bem, mas isso foi péssimo.

Location was excellent for us. 5 min walk to beach! This was the main thing for us. Quiet enough location at night too. Kitchen very well equipped. Hostess Ana was really helpful. Shower head had broken and someone came to fix it next day after it was reported. Electricity went out another evening but again she was able to sort it out for us almost immediately.

Small thing but it would have been nice to have lockers or tables at both sides of bed. Also balconies are enclosed and while windows on them can be opened it’s not really the same - would be nice to have had open space to sit out. Air conditioning only in living area not in bedroom - wasn’t a problem for us but good to know before you go.

A very comfortable appartement with all amenities one needs for a holiday. Although on the main street it faces the back side, no noise for a peaceful and quiet sleep. Bed is comfortable. Spacious appartement with living room (diner table, sofa, TV, kitchen, washing) and seperate bed room. Two balconies. Good storage space. Sunny pool with few people. Little store downstairs. 20 minute walk to supermarkets and 30 minutes walk to the main beach in Praia da Rocha. If one can life with the location (make fully sure you know that you understand where the building is) it is a very nice place to spent time at.

The location is very misleading. It is not where it is indicated on the map of booking. From the real place to the indication of the booking map it is a 30 minutes walk. Another reviewer has mentioned this and also I did but it still is not changed. So I guess it is made intentionally to mislead potential customers. Make sure you fully understand where the place is (check for Edificio Vaumar on Google maps). This is especially important if traveling with kids since this can ruin your holiday. Only one roll of toilet paper so bring your own or you have to buy yours.
