On a tout apprécié , sauf le moment de notre départ un agent de ménage s est assise devant la porte depuis 9h attendant notre départ , nous étions pas à l’aise et nous a stressé pour quitter l appartement alors que l heure du départ étalait fixé à 11h

LOCATION WAS VERY QUIET.

DIFFICULT TO GET INTO THE BUILDING, THEN GET THE KEY FROM THELOCKBOX. DOOR WAS TRICKY TO OPEN.

Location was great. In a quiet neighborhood near a metro station and Pingo Doce grocery store. It was also close to the airport but downtown Lisbon was relatively close by Bolt or metro.

The apartment description said that there were two complete bathrooms and two bedrooms. There was only one full bathroom, the second one just had a toilet and sink and no shower/tub.

Very nice apartment inside, modern appliances and everything works well. Has 2 toilets which is useful for a 2 bedroom apartment. It's quiet inside and seems spacious. Location is great for the airport and it has a good supermarket within easy walking distance. The carpark underneath is good as well.

We arrived late and found that the bed linen had not been changed since the previous guests. It was too late to find anything else in the middle of the night. When I asked for a replacement of the linen the next day, there was no response. Everything remained as it was, so we left the accommodation that day. Dirty floor, not cleaned for a long time. You only took a few steps down the corridor, you had dark legs. The refrigerator is dirty, the question is when it was cleaned. The balcony as well. You could hardly see out through the side windows. Mold in the bathroom... The noise of the proximity of the airport is also not in favor. It's also embarrassing that the blinds don't go all the way down. The response of the owner was very fast until we paid and checked in. After that he disappeared...

- few more pots and pans would be good - no washing tablets , just 2 dishwasher tabs - one garbage bag - no salt or pepper - the property was not cheap, we expected a bit more, we had to buy all the above

the way I found myself treated My issues not being treated Anxiety provoking to see that there is some sort of 'automatic' response coming, no response coming, repeated requests not being answered
