Obiekt leży w dobrej lokalizacji, spokojnie zmieści sie w nim nawet 10 osob. Wyposażenie kuchni było wyatarczające. Ciepłej wody nie brakowalo, była naprawde gorąca.

Mieszkanie wymaga remontu, ponieważ podłoga tańczyła a na sufitach i drzwiach bylo widac oznaki pleśni. Naczynia w kuchni byly brudne. Pościel wymagała odświeżenia bo nie była czysta.

Die Lage ist wirklich super, der Check in war auch sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können. Es gab Schimmel an den Fenstern, und Staub unter den Betten. Die Duscharmatur muss mal repariert oder erneuert werden. Die Kaltwasserzufuhr ist schwierig, zum Teil kommt nur heißes Wasser. Es könnte im allgemeinen mal renoviert werden. Terasse ist in nur in der Beschreibung, es gab aber nicht wirklich eine.
