"Nice and comfy place to stay"

I stayed at this apartment in Funchal and really enjoyed it. The location is super central, which made it easy to get around and explore the city. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the huge balcony—it was such a nice space to relax and enjoy the view. There are plenty of supermarkets and useful facilities nearby, so everything you need is just a short walk away. Overall, a great spot for a stay in Funchal!

It was challenging to find a parking spot.

Apartment,surroundings.

Only thing was the TV & Remote need changing,as not able to attach and view anything on the TV(HDMI ) Remote does not work properly but that is minor.

"We enjoyed our stay at Living Funchal. The apartment was fairly close to the city centre."

The apartment is in a good location with a nice view over the swimming pool area. The location is good, about a 20 minute easy walk to the town centre. There is a good supermarket about a 100 m down the hill and a very nice bar/cafe about 100m up the hill on the same side of the road as Living Funchal. As we had a late flight on our leaving day the agent kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment until 3.00 pm. We had a bit of trouble with the boiler but this was comprehensively sorted out by the agent who was very helpful.

In the evening the apartment was a bit cold and could have benefitted with a portable heater. Some instructions on using keys for pool and parking would be helpful.

"Bad"

Towel smells so funny, pillow covers was not changed, hair all over the floor and bed . Micro oven was not working , we asked for help about this nobody responds back.If we knew this beforehand we will never book it.

"Lovely stay"

The place was lovely, nice large space to relax and lovely balcony. The kitchen was useful and pool was nice size. Nice location too, Could walk to main town, uphill was a little harder though!

We weren't sure if we had to wait for someone to meet us but we're given instructions into property. The place was a tad warm with no fans so we had to have door open but that led to bugs
