Madeira Luxury Villas Living Funchal

I am extremely disappointed with how this accommodation handled my reservation and the complete lack of flexibility in a situation that was entirely beyond my control. Due to very strong winds, my flight was unable to land at Funchal Airport, which we were told is relatively common at this destination. As soon as I was informed, I immediately contacted the accommodation via WhatsApp to explain the situation and let them know that my arrival would be delayed. Despite informing them in advance, the administrative team decided to cancel my reservation the following morning. Their only justification was that I “did not arrive on time,” completely ignoring the fact that the delay was caused by the flight situation and that I had already notified them. I contacted Booking’s customer support to try to find a solution, but unfortunately they were unable to do much because the accommodation had cancelled the reservation without any right to a refund. As a result, I lost the full amount of the reservation (€550) without ever having the opportunity to stay there.

Очень хорошее расположение. На машине и без. Близко к центру и всем достопримечательностям. Рядом магазин, парковка и автобусная остановка. Отзывчивый персонал, готов помочь при необходимости. Очень чисто. Хорошая посуда и техника. (Тостер не работал). Очень хорошие кровати и постельное белье. Возможность закрыть окна плотно. Терраса с видом на порт
