Piacevolissimo soggiorno di due giorni nel cuore della meravigliosa città. Alloggio pulito e molto accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Corrispondente in tutto alla descrizione. Ho apprezzato in particolare il silenzio notturno, nonostante lil quartiere fosse in pieno flusso turistico. Super raccomandato.

Sarebbe apprezzato una convenzione per la colazione.

Boa cozinha com todo o equipamento necessário para refeições caseiras e um quarto bastante acolhedor com uma cama de casal bastante confortável. A casa de banho também foi um ponto muito positivo.

Em termos de comodidades o único ponto menos positivo, mas que de qualquer das formas não é um ponto negativo, foi o sofá ser um pouco pequeno, mas nada que influenciasse negativamente a nossa estadia. O único ponto mais negativo, mas que penso ser incontrolável, é o facto de, por o alojamento se situar no último andar, durante a noite era possível ouvir as gaivotas que possivelmente tinham um ninho na parte de cima do prédio, o que se tornava algo incomodativo durante a noite.

El ruido de las gaviotas te puede llegar a molestar para dormir, aunque dejan tapones. No tiene ascensor, es algo que sabíamos pero después de todo un día andando por Oporto es algo que agradecerías

It is a beautiful, clean, quiet apartment in a very central location close to most of Porto’s attractions, restaurants and bars.

It’s on the third floor (4th for Americans) with no elevator. I didn’t mind this, but after walking Porto’s steep hills all day it might be daunting for some people.

Location was perfect. Easy, contactless check-in.

Fantastic location, with a very hands off but caring host. The apartment was spotless with a top notch AC unit after a long day in the sun it was a delight to come back too. Furthermore, other reviews state poor water pressure but this has seemed to be fixed as the shower worked perfectly.

Very convenient location. Also quiet.

There is a sewer smell in the bathroom.

It was in a good location, comfortable and enough space for two people. The linens had a very nice smell! Kitchen is equipped for a short stay (has a kettle and coffee pod machine) and there were a couple of tea bags and coffee pods.

Not exactly an issue but something to keep in mind when booking this property, the building doesn't have an elevator and the flat is on the last floor (3rd floor), so be aware of it. Also, being last floor, it's a bit of a chilly space, but you have aircon so, if you feel cold easily, you can always blast hot air. This also means the flat isn't really well insulated, so besides temperature, you also hear everything. We could hear a washing machine somewhere in the building (or the other building) whirling and shaking the whole flat. That was also really wierd, the whole floor is bouncy (?). The flooring it not well done so, if you're heavy footed, the whole place will bounce and shake, its weird. Also, you never get to see the hosts because it's a whole company who owns the place, it's all via whatsapp, but I guess if you want to see faces, you stay at a hotel
