You have to pick up your keys at the real estate office then take a cab to your apartment. The lady at the office was discourtesy. Check in is at 4 o’clock and was told I couldn’t leave my luggage at the office. While I was there others came in and left their suitcase there . I asked the lady to write the address on a slip of paper so I could give it to the cab driver. I will post the yellow sticky note she made me. She handed me 7 keys for the apartment ? The unit has no numbers on it so it was impossible to find. I emailed the office and got no response Luckily a young man phoned the office and she explained to him where the apartment was. We have to try each door with 7 keys as not one was labeled. Breakfast was included and it came in a paper bag to the door. I assumed the front door but no the outside patio door. The Tv didn’t work and no hair dryer I emailed the office. No response. Finally the last day the tv was on when we got back but the remote still didn’t work. I got a hair dry When you plug the toaster in it shorts the electricity in the unit. So we were in total darkness I emailed them but no response. Thank goodness my partner was able to get the power back on. It was a 30 minute walk to the beach and 23 walk to the center of town I WOULD NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE
