The location was very convenient, close to the nightlife and beach but far enough away that the noise will not bother you with the balcony doors closed. Ac was very good and the room had many amenities that other similar apartments may not have e.g. dishwasher, washing machines.

The beds were a little hard and some of the amenities were quite old, but still functional.

Location was perfect, near enough to the old town, but yet far enough away. Everything is within walking distance.

The apartment was lovely and clean and all way fine until it rained then we had a dreadful smell like sewage coming from the small toliet in the hall we ran water down it and this didn't help, my daughter got sick the smell was that bad. we contacted the owner Jose and he sent a maintenance guy he checked everything and agreed about the smell. We could not use that second toliet for our stay and had to keep the window open and a towel up to the bottom of the door to stop the smell coming into the apartment. For the bother we had the owner gave us a clean set of towels for our visit. Honestly a nice place, but pray it doesn't rain as this smell comes after the rain. Thank Jose for all your help!!!

location was good, direct in the middle of old town Albufeira. Flat was specious, kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Nice Pool.

Furniture at the terrace should be improved - was old and not comfortable. Missed at least seat covers to sit comfortable. Handling with three different keys to get to the flat was ridiculous and should improve. Be aware that the flat is not far away from "The Strip", that means from 5pm till late night you can hear loud music.

Overall the apartment is very well maintained and well equipped to cover all your needs. This is our 4th visit to this apartment and we never get tired of the fabulous views, day & night, from the balcony on this 6th floor apartment. The balcony is large and stretches across the full width of the property and has links from both bedrooms and the lounge. the quality of the wi-fi in all rooms is excellent. Jose is an excellent host and is extremely helpful and provides all the information and advice you need. The location, with the beach and Old Town minutes away, is perfect with plenty of restaurants to choose from ( we recommend The Bistro or Casa Da Fonte but book in advance for both). We look forward to visit number 5 next year.

Having to 'borrow' sunbeds from the pool area and return them before we leave. Do not want to make an issue of it but it is a nuisance having to do it.
