FLH Lx Factory Charming Place

was great little property, right next to LX factory which had lovely cafes, restaurants and bars. only thing was the noise was super loud of an afternoon if you wanted a nap lol other than that was fantastic

I liked the location of the place, but i wish the description of the place would include the three flights have stairs, as we had 23KG of luggage to carry-up to reach the place with no lift nor help.

We were very disappointed about the place, after walked up three levels of stairs with 23kg of luggage in our arms (which we had no expectations or idea of prior to check-in), the place was old and dirty, did not meet the expectations of the pictures from your website. We did not received any garbage bags for the three nights of stay. We did not feel safe and secure staying in this place, one of the window in the premise was broken, our group of girls did not sleep well at night because we were afraid someone might break in from the broken window. We had emailed staff at "feels like home" the very night of checked-in, they promised they will send someone to fix the window lock, but the window was not fixed even at checked-out. All three nights, no one sleep restfully because of this borken window. The staff did not update us if their staff was able to fix the window or not, and we were disappointed to find that the lock was not fixed each night when we returned to place. The place was much smaller than the photos from the website, not much was new about the place. Door locks were old and not working properly. Wish booking.com will check on the validity of the premise before posting on their website, as we have trust in your website.
