"Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment in an excellent location."

The host opened the doors remotely during a WhatsApp call and the keys were found inside the apartment itself. The flat was fairly spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette, including some basic supplies and cleaning products, as well as a variety of crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware. Very speedy wifi and generally quiet at night but excellently located, close enough to the metro and a variety of tram/bus services - very short walk to the seafront. Simple heating controls and hot water on demand. Generally well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.

Be advised that this is an attic conversion and there are low sloping ceilings which will be awkward for taller folks and everyone needs to take care in the cooking area. Some water damage was evident by the dishwasher and around the bath. The front door downstairs was very stiff to open and the lobby was somewhat smelly. There is a small lift to the 5th floor then a short flight of stairs up to the top. Could possibly do with some idiot-proof instructions for operating the appliances.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, ya que está cerca de todo, y también la atención de María, la comunicación fue por llamada y WhatsApp, muy fluida. Con calefacción y agua caliente. Cocina totalmente equipada. Las fotos del apartamento corresponden con la realidad

No diría que fue lo que no me gustó, pero mejoraría el colchón de la cama principal.
