Property was clean and comfortable - the air conditioning was a big bonus. It was well equipped and the beds were comfortable too.

A few larger mugs would be useful (British folk like a big mug of tea) and more wine glasses too. The surface of the sofa-bed in the living room was badly worn and the black faux leather fabric is disintegrating.

Stayed with friends for 5 nights, location was great. Close to supermarket, and very short taxis to almost everywhere in albufeira. Great value for money, and in a quiet part of the town. Ricardo was very easy to deal with and helpful during our stay.

Check in was really easy, the property was modern, spacious and felt safe and comfortable. Was in a good location, walking distance to the supermarket and other amenities. Ubers were only €3.50 euros to and from old town so didn’t cost a bomb to go further afield. Other people staying at the residence were all friendly which made our stay nicer. Host was very helpful and easy to reach at all times. Was mostly clean overall.

I think basics like hand soap and toilet roll should be ready available when you arrive. The kitchen could do with more tea towels and utensils like chopping boards/scissors ect. The glass around the pool and balcony was extremely streaky and dirty which ruined the overall look and view from the apartment, which I understand can’t be cleaned all the time but would make a big difference if done more often considering how clean the rest of the apartment was .

Fabulous location. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything you could need. Great en-suite to the double room and another bathroom with shower, so no arguments! We also managed to check in early and check out late which was amazing and very much appreciated.

The key was available for an early check in. Accomodation was very nice and exceeded expectations

It was overly complicated and required a call to the owner for the instructions on obtaining the key. This took over 20 minutes to sort. An email or whatapp message would have been more straightforward and left us frustrated by the process. The outside area could do with a tidy up
