Great location about 15min walk to The Strip and large supermarket at bottom of the hill. Apartment was well equipped with what's needed for self catering holiday. Ricardo was very helpful from moment we booked ans arranged airport transfers for us even with early check out.

Wouldn't really suit families with kids as seemed to cater for mostly stag parties who loved a good party into early hours. Bedding for sofa bed wasn't clean! Had large stains n musky smell. Beds could do with being upgraded as very hard and squeaky.

Modern and clean apartment and complex in a quiet location. Nice big balcony and pool.

A socket near the mirror in the spare room would be helpful or an extension cable. Not possible to dry your hair and see what you are doing.

The property had everything you needed was in a good location for the old & new town, had a supermarket nearby & was in a nice & peaceful area.

On first impressions the sofa was pretty tired looking in our apartment as were the outside sun loungers & definitely not as portrayed in your website pictures but apart from that we were happy with everything else.

The pool was good for the children although not that big or heated so long as you didn't mind the algae along the water line.

This place is awful don't stay here unless you think your party might smash it up as everything is so cheap it won't matter. From the 2nd day we had a leak in the living room ceiling from the pool which spread to the kitchen. The handyman drained the water out of the smoke alarm, smeared sealer over it and left. The water then continued to leak for the next week and periodically the handy man would do the same thing, but not address the source of the water. We haven't had any refund from the property, despite requesting this after a couple of days and haven't really had much help from Booking.com either. They advertise Tennis available for an additional charge however we had to travel across town to go to the local tennis club. Any property in Albuefira could say the same as the apartment had no connection to the resort. This was false advertising as we booked here as they mentioned tennis. Google earth shows a tennis court next to it however this is for the neighbouring resort and that doesn't let non-guests book. So to move on to the facilities that were actually there we had the following problems; Kitchen Very limited utensils, the knifes were blunt and the tips bent, the kettle didn't automatically cut off and the lid was broken. The toaster handle was also broken. Everything was very cheap although they did replace the kettle when we complained. No washing machine despite saying so on website Balcony/Sun Terrace Narrow and couldn't fit a table and chairs as in the images. Living room Sofa was very cheap and worn, Bedrooms Handle to one room bent, beds cheap wire frame, not comfortable. Curtain rails not hung centrally. Underwear from previous guest left in cupboard Bathrooms Broken bin, flush broke General Marks and bashes on the walls, damage to bottom of door frames from water. No help from owner.

The staff, fantastic attitude and service level. Cheap.

Getting a little tired, cheap utilities, old sofa, cheap chairs, tiny tv. Easy to turn into excellent.
