Chiado Lisbon Apartment

Carla ci ha aspettato davanti al portone appena arrivati, non abbiamo dovuto aspettare neanche un minuto. l'appartamento è in una posizione eccezionale per vistare la città. il quartiere, vivace e sicuro, ha tutti i servizi e la fermata del tram è proprio sotto casa. la casa è grande e pulita. c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. la sera si riposa bene perchè non si sentono i rumori della strada. direi che è stata una vacanza perfetta. consiglio questo appartamento e cercheremo di tornaci.

Autentiškas butas Lisabonos centre. Puiki vieta, viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis, aplink daug parduotuvių ir matinimo įstaigų. Butas gražiai įrengtas, autentiški baldai. Yra ordo kondicionierius pagrindiniame miegamajame. Daug kambarių, todėl puikiai tinka šeimai. Šeimininkai paslaugūs, bendravimas sklandus ir malonus. Nežymiai vėlavome dėl autobuso vėlavimo, bet šeimininkė palaukė ir neėmė papildomo mokesčio. Maloniai nustebino mus pasitikdama su vaisiais, sūriu, sultimis. Tai buvo graži ir maloni staigmena. Virtuvėje buvo kavos, aliejaus, prieskonių ir kitų naudingų smulkmenų.

Oro kondicionierius tik viename kambaryje, kitas miegamasis vidinis ir be langų, todėl sunku buvo išvėdinti. Iš gatvės girdėjosi anksti pradedantys važiuoti tramvajai. Mažai rozečių ir šviesos. Santechnika neideali, bet tai suprantamos bėdos senuose namuose.

We loved the apartment and it is very well located! The apartment is very spacious and lovely! Outside it is busy, but you don’t hear anything inside! Carla is also a great and very friendly host and we would love to come back!

Location was amazing! João was an amazing host.

Beds were hard but we were able to sleep. Shower head kept falling off.

Beautifully furnished apartment in the middle of Lisbon. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much and want to thank Carla, our super friendly and attentive host.

There is air conditioning only in the main bedroom. An additional fan would be great.

Roomy and in a good location to get around. Friendly host. Good views from several large windows.

For March the heating was not adequate as the kitchen and especially the bathroom were unheated. The main bedroom mini split was fine and we used the space heater in the living room. Having a space heater in the bathroom would have helped. It would be best to rent in warmer months.
