"Very happy with the property and the location"

Central location and clean and well equipped property

Shower did not seem to have extractor fan and toilet seat was broken.

"Lovely stay in Alvor at Sea and Pool!"

Location is great. Near Alvor waterfront and walkway, market, restaurants are all within walking distance. Maria was very responsive and attentive to our needs.

"Superb"

Great location and ultra helpful host.Good sur con system, kitchen facilities and shower via a combi boiler so never out of hot water. The owner has taken great pride in this property and it shows.

Fab spacious apartment.. Beautiful pool area. Great location to beach and town centre. Hose fantastic and very welcoming. Looking forward to staying here again soon.

"Beautiful apartment in the sun"

The balcony, air conditioning and lift access. The location was ideal, quiet yet near shops and restaurants

The shower was difficult to enter and use for someone with mobility issues. No shower mat and no grab rails for safety. Not much English speaking chanels on TV.

"Very convenient gated apartments"

Safe and quiet gated apartments with generous sized pools, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is provided. Maria had thought of everything (even the hammock for the terrace) ,and was very polite and flexible. A bit further walk to beach from apartment, maybe slightly challenging in peak summer but perfect for April. We had a car anyway as you need it to explore the many wonderful beaches along the algarve coast and beyond.

I wouldn't say dislike, but our apartment toilets had frosted glass doors and no exhaust vents, so don't expect home like privacy or convenience. But then u are likely to have windows (or even door) open for a breeze in April/ may anyways (before temps hit 35+). So not a big deal really and we managed well.
