"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Requesting full refund"

No access to property - very unprofessional and demeaning conversation with owner "MANUEL"

Having no access to property; arriving there @ 6:45 pm; did not receive an code to access key. When I arrived there, no one was available; no lights; place completely in the dark. I walked over to pharmacy to inquire; they could not offer any help. The taxi driver knew the owner "Manuel" who a nearby store. The driver offered to drive over; store was completely closed. At that time, being tired, frustrated, and having no idea where I was, I asked the driver to take me to a nearby hotel. I ended up at Hotel Colombo, stayed two nights at a cost of 100 Euros. What a horrible EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

Ungeziefer (Kakerlake) in Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer, schmudelig, Kücheaustattung extrem mangelhaft, extrem laut, keine Moskito Netze am Schlafzimmerfenster, Schimmel in Küche und Bad, circa 30 qm Fläche (angegeben waren 67 qm)! Überhaupt Booking.com falsch oder irreführend. Mit 100.- €. die Nacht völlig überteuert. Eigentlich BETRUG
