Lisbon Apartment near Marquês Pombal square

Great location, all the facilities needed,beautiful apartment, Super host who met us in the apartment at check-in & showed us around, which was super helpful. Afterward, he was always available on a message if required. The apartment is the same as in the pictures shown, so there is no need for anyone to take pictures and show.

Clean, well appointed and everything you could need for stay. Carlos provided excellent comms and the individual toiletry and kitchen kits were very good. Wi-Fi fast. Excellent recommendations for local activities and food.

The location was good and the overall size the the apartment was sufficient for 5 people.

We were a family of 5 adults staying for a total of 13 nights. We each only received 1 set of towels. Also there are a few things that really should be repaired in the apartment. For instance the bath tub leaked when the shower was in use. We reported it and Carlos was prompt in arriving to patch it. However it started to leak again the next day. We had to use the towels we had to bathe with to soak up and clean the water because the mop was not enough. It was quite messy. Also the apartment advertisement talked about the TV in the kitchen, however it was inoperable. Both bathrooms had mold and smelled of sewerage. Not sure where it was coming from. We even bought cleaner to clean it, but the smell remained. Overall the apartment was not equipped for 5 guests. Not enough wine glasses for example. Only two there. We bought so many little things that one would expect to accommodate a group for a two week stay. I mean really, one roll of toilet paper, mixed matched glasses, pots and pans missing handles, so cannot use them to cook even a simple breakfast. We certainly expected more for a stay that cost over 5,000€.

Very nice, big and clean apartment with a balcony and 2 bathrooms! Easy and flexible check in with great communication from the host. Good location.

There are no hooks in the bathroom at all. Also, it would be very helpful to have some sugar, salt and oil in the kitchen.

Good facilities in a great area.
