En arrivant à 21h, on s attend a un logement propre ils sont bien eu le tp pour le ménage ,j ai eu la surprise d avoir cheveux lavabo et à coté ,plein de cheveux parterre dans la salle de bain ,poils de c..... dans la douche et wc cette appartement n a pas etait fait le lit pareil poils de c.... à l interieur des draps vraiment ecoeurant vraiment domage il est sympa l appartement mais le ménage est primordiale

It was spacious, there was enough storage space. The balcony was cute if it wasnt for the construction site near 😅 The kitchen didn’t have salt, nor oil, but otherwise most necessary kitchenware.

It served its purpose (last minute one-night stay) but it really needs some maintenance and more thorough cleaning. We arrived at 20h, sent a message many hours before, without any answer from the host. For half an hour we couldnt reach anyone (calling the phone linked here), so we ended up calling the Booking.com customer service. The person there was nice but it took a long time before we could speak with someone and eventually he managed to reach the host. They gave us the code eventually, but the code machine at the door was broken. So we got in with some other people.. since then everything was ok, but the check-in experience left us with a bitter taste.

Ambiente amplo

O sofá cama não estava arrumado. Mas os lençóis no armário para arrumarmos. Não sei se é o costume aqui.

Excelente ubicación , higiene y comodidad, muy satisfecho.

Svårt att kommunicera initialt vilket gjorde att frågor blev onödigt svårlösta

O edifício novo e amplitude do espaço e a localização, muito próximo do centro.

A televisão (box) demorou 30minutos a ligar; na casa de banho ouve-se sempre umas gotas a cair, durante a noite é incómodo (no autoclismo por dentro da parede); a cama era muito alta e a estrutura não era muito fixa (apartamento 1.4). A comunicação com o anfitrião foi péssima, quase sempre sem resposta ou muito demorada, mas dava vista às mensagens; quando respondia era só com dados de pagamento; existe uma taxa pet que não é descrita no ato da reserva (20€).
