Apartamento precioso, muy bien decorado

Apartamento espaçoso, cama confortável, e localização pouco barulhenta.

Ter lugar para estacionar na rua é muito complicado. As fotos do chuveiro não estão atualizadas.

Byt je krásný a moderní, bylo čisto a uklizeno, kuchyně plně vybavená. Dvě oddělené ložnice, velký obývák, dva balkóny - jeden s výhledem do ulice, jeden s výhledem na moře (přes industriální zónu). Byt je blízko centra, takže na procházky a poznávání města je ideální. Výborné restaurace v docházkové vzdálenosti :)

Parkování na ulici - může být trochu problém najít místo, ale vždycky jsme našli.

2nd floor no lift= 37 stairs to climb. a little ways out of town centre.

The apartment was spacious and stylish. We particularly appreciated the good air conditioning as the Azores was hotter than usual during our stay.The apartment is near the airport so is on the flight path but we found it well insulated and were not disturbed by this.

There is some basic wear and tear that the host needs to attend to, e.g wobbly kitchen tap and a broken corkscrew, but overall the apartment was clean and well presented.

Beautiful apartment, well located. Amazing view. Very quiet and spacious. Check in and out process very convenient.

We found big cockroachs (1 dead in the washing machine and 2 alive in the biggest room). We had to buy bug spray and traps during our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment left a little to be desired.
