I only liked the location, the photos of the flat.

Where to start? It was really dirty, the fridge was never cleaned or was not cleaned after some stays there, all the drawers, cabinets were dirty.I did not like the fact that it is such a nice appartment but the care for it has vanised completly. The owner acted like he did not know there was a big black mold stain in tje kitchen cealing, the shower was floded at the first shower, the water in the bathroom sink did not work properly, the faucet was fragil...omg, so many things.

L'emplacement était idéal pour rayonner dans le centre ville ou aux alentours. Le stationnement est facile.

Certaines amélioration doivent être effectués dans le lieu de location. Il aurait été bien d'avoir des produits d'entretien. Wifi absent lors de notre séjour.

We liked that it was central and easy to walk to.

We didn’t like that there was little effort to make it homey. The basic thing of toilet paper was not even provided, let alone soap or an extra blanket or coffee or tea (there was a coffee maker and a box for pods next to it, but empty). Everything was just the bare minimum, and not even that: no toilet paper! We had to buy our own for a 2 night stay! Not a place I would ever stay again. For this same price point one can find a cozy Airbnb closer to the water that makes effort for guests to be comfortable. Disappointing.

A localização é muito boa.

Fiz reserva de 15 diárias, não teve troca de roupa de banho nem de cama, achei insensato, já que o valor cobrado pela acomodação não é barato. Tive problema com a internet nas ultimas duas noites, sem ter como resolver, a acomodação tmb não soube, fiquei sem rede por dois dias. Recomendo a acomodação para melhorarem a localização dos aquecedores, o maior e principal, fica na entrada, longe da sala ou do quarto que seriam as áreas de maior interesse. Em noites muito frias você precisa deixar ligado o dia inteiro, para a noite estar com todo o ambiente melhor protegido. Recomendo também a troca da cama, que além de pequena, já está muito gasta e dura, desconfortável. Acredito que algumas melhorias deixariam a acomodação ao nível do valor que se cobra.

Ottima sistemazione, pulita e molto silenziosa! Host disponibile ed attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ci siamo trovati bene soprattutto per la zona tranquilla con un bar ed un minimarket sottostanti al condominio! Disponibile macchinetta del caffè con capsule, cucina attrezzata e microonde. Complimenti!

Apartment not cleaned on arrival and apartment facilities refused to clean it/ignored my messages when I asked for it to be cleaned! After 2hrs waiting for a response, I contacted booking.com directly, who tried to get in contact with them. They tried calling 5/6 times and left a email and got back to me saying that they were ignored too! Pubes and hair in the bed, they had just remade the bed from the previous guest! Miscellaneous stains all over the bedding (I don’t even want to think about what they could be). Food/crumbs/dirt on the sofa, furniture. Used tissue/toilet paper on the sofa. Food stains and marks all over the fridge. The whole apartment stank of smoke even though it is strictly non-smoking! I have upwards of 50 different photographs of the mess that was left when I arrived! After all of this, I had to book an apartment elsewhere and I’m am being refused a refund, after the condition it was left in and no willingness to clean the property! Avoid at all costs!
