Lemon Tree House Coimbra - Courtyard garden with city views

The 1bedroom appartment is correct. There's a terrace/garden. Quiet area. Parking on a street, walking distance. Walking distance into centre. The owner communicated via app. Courteous and Attentive.

Room was small. Can't move around too much. Bathroom extra small.

Amazing view across the river to town. Close but outside the main area and peaceful. Easy parking at the Convent carpark for free or on the street outside. Has everything you need, very relaxing.

The view to Coimbra

Access was up slippery narrow steps. One bath towel was badly ripped. There were rust and mould spots around the shower. The most annoying was the rooster of a neighbor that crowed incessantly 24 hours a day. We had to close all the windows and doors at night which cut off any fresh air.Loocation was up a steep one-way street, parking was precarious. Certainly not for anyone with mobility issues (not us) just a warning.

Ants got into our bags in the night, Water was coming in the front door, and the toilet was leaking. We left the next day even though we booked 2 nights
