Vila Olarias

Very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The washer and dryer was an added surprise that I didn't know was there at first. Big plus for that!

There needs to be a love seat or couch to sit on. We were there as a couple but couldn't sit with each other. Plus the TV was extremely small.

El apartamento 10 queda fuera de la reja de la Vila, da directo a una plaza donde habitualmente hay personas bebiendo y drogándose. Habitualmente hay personas mirando hacia el interior, lo cual puede hacerte sentir muy expuesto. O dejas entrar luz y que te miren, o cierras las maderas de ventanas y quedas en un búnker sin luz. Sentimos falta de seguridad y privacidad en todo momento. No recomendable para 4 personas. El sillón cama está tremendamente desgastado.

Muy cómodo y con toda la equipacion necesaria para pasar unos días. Tiene un patio estupendo.

Estaría bien que tuviese microondas.

Clean, cozy apartment with all needed appliances for the family with kids. Convenient location, 5-10 mins from metro and public transport from which you can travel to the multiple places.

This is not about apartment itself, rather neighborhood. A bit difficult to carry baby stroller up and down.

El piso es increíble, súper bonito y cómodo para ir en Familia, no le falta de nada. Estaba muy limpio y fresco.

Los alrededores, pero es algo personal

The studio is roomy and prettily decorated. Shout out to the sofa chairs that we sunk into every evening, they are SO comfy I could've slept in them. The kitchen worked well and the bed was comfortable. I love when you have pillow options! And the aircon was a lifesaver. The neighbourhood is great in so many ways and we grew to really appreciate it. But it's also a very "honest" view of the city, where there are drugs on the street, lots of poverty and we even witnessed a man being chased and beaten. We were without cellular service and could not call authorities but there were many silent bystanders which made me personally feel unsafe. The fact that nobody did anything made it seem like something people were used to. It's a place of extremes. Gorgeous houses, rich with culture and history, fancy restaurants and touristy areas a stone throw away. Then unhoused people, drug deals being made and other depressing things. I would not stay there as a solo-traveling female... Or just as a solo traveler at all I think. But with my partner I felt OK.

There were bug smears on the walls and ceiling which I was surprised to see at an establishment like this one. These things should be cleaned between guests. Worse was the smell of cigarettes that came through the ventilation in the bathroom. We had to keep the aircon on full blast all day so the air was tolerable during the evening.

L’appartement était propre et spacieux, bien équipé, l’emplacement dans le quartier mythique est bien aussi. Plein de choses à faire à pied, à deux pas du tram 28. Par contre on se sent pas très en sécurité la nuit. À éviter si vous voyager entre filles. Très bonne surprise en voyant une machine à laver 😀 Si vous avez une voiture, vaut mieux prendre une place de parking à 15euros la nuit pour ne pas galérer, pas vraiment de place dans la rue.

La chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée. Il manque une passoire dans les ustensiles de cuisine.

Locatia, desi aproape de centru și de anumite obiective turistice este una nesigura, cartierul este plin de emigranți și de oameni fără adăpost. Nu este plăcut să te plimbi seara prin zona. Apartamentul este intr o clădire veche, deteriorată, iar în fotografii arată mult mai bine decât în realitate. Geamurile sunt blocate de obloane, fără perdele și sunt la nivelul pământului. Cazarea lasă mult de dorit.

The apartment was wonderful! Very close to the city center.

Even though it was near the city center it was not such a good neighborhood. The mattress in the sofa was not good.
