"Didn’t happen due to lack of communication"

We never stayed as we did not receive the email as promised the day before. We then made numerous attempts to contact them via booking, phone calls and WhatsApp but with no response. Eventually got email 20 minutes after check in time but by then we were so concerned we had booked alternative accommodation
