BOUTIQUE Rentals- Urban Garden Apt balcony&garden

We loved the location and the apartment was perfect for a relaxing holiday (2 weeks). The apartment is in a quiet area but very close to many restaurants and shops. If you like to sit out on a quiet balcony in the sun or rain in the morning before going out to explore the city, this place is lovely!

The building is beautifully renovated but still quite old so the floorboards are a little loud and weathered and you can hear a when other people are leaving other apartments in the building. But all neighbours were quiet and respectful.

We had a lovely extended stay in this apartmet. The apartment had everything needed for a long vacation, very cozy although rather small flat. But the view out of the balcony and a spacious garden are absolutely gorgeous and compensating 😍 I spent all my mornings there with a book and a coffee. The apartment has also a beautiful design and was very clean at our arrival. The towels, sheets, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, shower caps and toilet paper were provided. The kitchen was fully equipped; tee, coffee, basic spices and olive oil were provided. Melissa, our host, was super friendly and helpful. The location was extremely convenient: right next to all touristic attractions, 10-20min walking distance. At the same time, the street was quiet. Taxi to Matosinhos beach - around 10 euros. We would definitely recommend this host and the apartment!

As we were a family of four, two persons had to use the sofa which was not best suited for two people. It is a good solution for a day or two. But as we stayed 10 days, it was rather hard to sleep there. One more thing - it is my personal weirdness 😉 - I would like the windows to be clean.

Apartment and facilities were excellent

Suggestion: some sun loungers or deck chairs in the garden would have been great.

Location is good, quite street near city centre. A lot of coffee shops around.

In system was not enough hot water even for one person shower. No heater in bathroom, so there was very cold. We heard every word neighbours said during the night.
