Charming Design Apartment

The location was great, it’s on a quiet street but within walking distance of restaurants/cafes/parks/bus stop/supermarket. Note it is on a very steep hill, but this wasn’t an issue for us even with a pushchair. Hosts kindly provided a travel cot a highchair. It’s modern and well laid out, on the top floor of a 3 storey building and quiet. The air con was good. Check in was easy and good communication from host. Comfortable beds. Generally well equipped kitchen.

There were a few little things that let it down. Only 2 mugs and 2 wine glasses for a 2 bedroom apartment was odd. Things like 1 toilet roll for a weeks stay and no spare bin liners was just a bit of a nuisance. The shower looks great but has a drainage problem so you have to sweep the water towards the drain after use. Not a big inconvenience but just a bit annoying when you’re on holiday. Pillows were far too flat for our liking. There is no lift in the building, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Nice, clean, quiet and super equipped apartment.

- Pretty apartment, decorated well. - The host company greeted us and helped us settle into the apartment. Tico was very friendly and informative. They left us a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch. - Comfortable beds & Netflix

- The shower kept flooding / poor drainage (the flooring hasn’t been done well), so the bathroom floor would be flooded, & the shower sliding door was broken so would not close. - The shower water was incredibly hot or cold, you needed to find the “sweet spot” when turning the knob which was difficult to find. - no microwave as listed - Flies & wood lice
